Free Academic Research Access Program
The Lakinberg Supreme Court Research Center, through the Joan Samuels Research Institute, provides free access to its legal research, analytical frameworks, and educational resources for accredited U.S. law schools and business schools. The program is designed to support teaching and research in constitutional law, administrative law, law and economics, and related disciplines. It reflects the Foundation’s belief that rigorous legal scholarship should be accessible to the next generation of legal practitioners, business leaders, and policy professionals.
